Men’s Therapy, Tantra & Embodied Healing in Brisbane
A grounded space for men to reconnect with themselves, their relationships and their heart.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF WORK FOR MEN
Many men are successful, capable and strong, yet still feel disconnected from themselves.
This work creates a safe, grounded space to explore what sits underneath that disconnection
and return you to a deeper relationship with yourself, your heart, your purpose and your life.
THE WOUNDS WE DON’T ALWAYS TALK ABOUT
Some men carry wounds around the feminine that have never really been explored. Rejection, betrayal, abandonment, inconsistent affection, vulnerability that was punished, intimacy that became performance.
These experiences shape the way you relate to women, sex, intimacy, trust, receiving, vulnerability and even yourself.
Working with a safe feminine practitioner offers something different. A space where you don’t need to perform, protect or impress. Where your boundaries are respected, and the parts of you that have learnt to close can slowly begin to feel safe enough to open again.
Many men have learnt how to function exceptionally well.
To provide.
To solve.
To push through.
To protect.
To keep going.
But very few have been shown how to safely be with grief, rejection, shame, vulnerability, tenderness, fear, desire, intimacy or emotional pain.
So those parts often get buried.
Sometimes beneath work.
Sometimes beneath sex.
Sometimes beneath achievement, anger, distraction, avoidance or emotional withdrawal.
And eventually, something starts to feel missing.
Tantric philosophy teaches us that liberation does not come from rejecting parts of ourselves. It comes through deeper awareness, integration and relationship with the whole self.
This work is an opportunity to come back into relationship with yours.
THIS WORK GOES DEEPER THAN SEX
Many men arrive believing their problem is sexual. But sexuality rarely exists in isolation. Underneath it can sit nervous-system patterns, wounds, beliefs, shame, fear, body awareness and our capacity to trust. When a man connects more deeply with himself, everything changes.
My sessions are not sexual services. There is no sexual activity between practitioner and client.
We go far deeper than that - into your relationship with yourself, your body, your emotions and your heart.
WHAT A SESSION MAY INCLUDE
-

PSYCHOTHERAPY
Therapeutic conversation to explore patterns, wounds, beliefs, fears and the experiences that have shaped you.
-

Tantric philosophy and practices for presence, polarity, energy, intimacy and conscious relating.
-

SUBCONSCIOUS WORK
Clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy and NLP to explore patterns operating beneath conscious awareness.
-

Breathwork and energy practices to support your nervous system and energetic awareness.
-

CONSCIOUS TOUCH & BODYWORK
Safe, non-sexual touch or bodywork to support embodiment, receiving, boundaries and nervous-system regulation.
One session can create awareness.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
“I’m not interested in teaching men how to perform masculinity better. I am interested in the man underneath it.”
My background spans traditional Tantra, clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, NLP, coaching, embodied practices and energy work. I look at what you’re experiencing from multiple perspectives - mind, body, heart and spirit.
But qualifications alone are not what creates this work.
The relationship matters.
For men who carry wounds around women, intimacy or the feminine, being met by a grounded feminine presence without judgement, seduction, expectation or emotional demand can itself become meaningful.
As a grounded feminine presence, I can hold tenderness and nurture without making you feel weak, challenge you without humiliating you, and meet your vulnerability without needing anything from it.
You don’t need to impress me. You don’t need to perform. You simply need to arrive willing to explore.
-
A safe, grounded and non-judgemental space to explore what is really going on beneath the surface.
Clear professional boundaries, with your comfort and consent respected at every stage.
A blend of psychotherapy, Tantra, subconscious work, somatic practices, energy work and embodied exploration.
Space to talk openly about relationships, intimacy, emotions, confidence, sexuality, vulnerability, shame, grief and the things men are often expected to simply “deal with”.

Practices that help you move out of your head and develop a deeper relationship with your body, emotions and nervous system.
Non-sexual conscious touch or bodywork where it is appropriate, mutually agreed upon and supportive of your therapeutic goals.
Honest reflection and gentle challenge when I can see a pattern that may be worth exploring.

A personalised approach. There is no rigid formula and no expectation that your journey should look like anyone else’s.

Your introductory call is simply a chance for us to meet and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
There is no pressure to share your entire life story, and you don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on before we speak.
During the call, we’ll explore:
What has brought you here and what you would like support with.
Any patterns, challenges or areas of disconnection you have been noticing.
What you are hoping to experience or change through this work.
My approach and how Tantra, psychotherapy, subconscious work, embodiment and energy practices may support you.
What sessions can look like and the different modalities we may draw upon.
Professional boundaries, consent and what is and isn’t offered within sessions.
Any questions, concerns or curiosities you may have.
Whether we both feel that working together is appropriate and aligned.
What I would recommend as your next step and how many sessions may be beneficial.
The introductory call is not a therapy session and there is no expectation that you commit to working with me.
It is an opportunity for you to get a feel for me, for me to understand what you are seeking, and for us to begin establishing the safety and trust that this work requires.
-
Your first session is about meeting you where you are, rather than rushing towards a particular experience.
We’ll begin by talking more deeply about what has brought you into the space, your history where relevant, what you are experiencing now, and what you would like to shift or understand.
From there, your session may include:
Therapeutic conversation and psychotherapy.
Exploring relationship, intimacy or emotional patterns.
Identifying subconscious beliefs or protective behaviours.
Body awareness and somatic practices.
Breathwork or nervous-system regulation.
Tantric teachings or practices relevant to what you are experiencing.
Energy awareness or energy healing.
Simple embodiment practices that help you reconnect with sensation, emotion and your internal world.
You should not expect every modality to be used in your first session.
Some aspects of this work, particularly conscious touch and bodywork, require an established level of professional trust, safety and understanding between practitioner and client.
I don’t believe meaningful work needs to be rushed.
There may be sessions where we talk for most of the time. There may be sessions that are much more embodied. As our professional relationship develops, we can explore different practices when and if they genuinely support the work you are doing.
There is never an expectation that you participate in touch or bodywork simply because it is available.
Consent is ongoing.
You can ask questions.
You can say no.
You can change your mind.
And we move at a pace that feels appropriate for the work. The goal isn’t to see how much we can do in one session. It’s to create enough safety, trust and awareness for something meaningful to actually change.ription
Ready to return to yourself?
Let’s begin with an introductory session.
A space to slow things down, understand what is really going on beneath the surface, and explore what support might look like for you.
There is no pressure to have it all figured out. We begin with conversation, clarity and trust, then move forward only if the work feels right for both of us.
