Firstly... thank you. I genuinely can't wait to have you in my home!
I've hosted women's circles, cacao ceremonies and transformational events for years, and while I still deeply value those experiences, Wild + Free was born from a desire to create something different. This gathering isn't about fixing yourself, healing your inner child or trying to become a better version of who you are.
It's about remembering that connection can be light-hearted. That laughter can be medicine. That some of the best conversations happen when there's no expectation to have the "right" answer!
We're creating a space where women can relax, be themselves, make new friends, have a laugh, be a little cheeky and simply enjoy each other's company. There'll be plenty of opportunities to connect, but absolutely no pressure to share anything you don't want to. Come exactly as you are. There is nothing you need to prepare and no role you need to play.
Whether you're arriving with a friend or walking through the front door on your own, you'll be warmly welcomed. Many women come to gatherings like this by themselves, so if you're feeling a little nervous, know you're in very good company.
The afternoon will be held in my home, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere where everyone has the opportunity to genuinely connect. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind. We leave ALL judgement at the door.
After you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with the address, parking information and everything you'll need to know before the day. Please add connect@sanctuaryofself.love to your contacts, as occasionally these emails like to hide away in spam or junk folders.
As this is an intimate event with limited places available, tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman. Tickets are priced to be accessible, and if we end up outgrowing my space and need a venue, updating pricing will reflect overheads.
More than anything, my hope is that you leave with a full heart, a sore jaw from laughing, and at least one new friend!

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We may be outside depending on weather, so layers are great!
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are provided.
Free parking is available. As I live in a residential area, please be mindful of neighbours and driveways
Please arrive from 1:50pm so we can begin at 2:00pm. Please don’t arrive earlier than that!
