Welcome, I am so glad you’re here!

My life has been anything but ordinary. I’ve spent years chasing adventure — from 17 years in motorsport and off-road racing, to living on the road and exploring every corner of this country. I’ve also had the privilege of spending nearly two decades overseas, working with humanitarian projects in some of the world’s most impoverished communities. Those experiences showed me that joy and connection aren’t found in material things, but in the simple truths of love, presence, and human connection.

Through all of this, I was searching — trying to fill a space inside myself that no external adventure could satisfy. That search eventually brought me to plant medicines, breathwork, and Tantra. These practices cracked me open and revealed something powerful: everything I was seeking out there was already within me.

Now, I guide others to discover the same. I work as a Self-Mastery Mentor, Tantra Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and NLP Master, supporting people — especially men — to see where they are stuck, release what holds them back, and reclaim a deeper sense of freedom. My role isn’t to give you the answers or fix what you think is broken, but to help you see more clearly, so you can create the life you truly want.

For me, self-mastery is about leaning into the challenges instead of avoiding them, learning to regulate the mind and body, and using every moment as an opportunity for growth. When we do this, we begin to experience peace, intimacy, and connection in ways we never thought possible. That’s the journey I’ve walked — and the one I now feel called to walk alongside others.

My motto is ‘you’re only one decision away’. One decision can change the entire trajectory of your life — the decision to stop running from what challenges you, to face the patterns that keep you stuck, to finally choose freedom over fear. We often wait for the perfect time, the perfect conditions, or the perfect version of ourselves before we act, but the truth is change begins the moment you decide. That single choice is the doorway to growth, to deeper connection, to living the life you’ve always desired.
